When and how you can get a membership refund
رسم العضوية
العضوية سنوية، ورسمها حسب فئة العضوية كما هو مبين في شروط العضوية، وتدفع إلكترونيا فقط عبر الموقع.
Membership fee
Membership is annual, its fee is as set for each membership category in the membership terms, and it is payable online only through the website.
حق الإلغاء خلال 14 يوما
يحق للعضو إلغاء العضوية خلال 14 يوما من تاريخ الدفع واسترداد المبلغ كاملا، ما لم يستفد من خدمات العضوية. إذا طلب العضو بدء الاستفادة قبل انتهاء المدة، يخصم مبلغ يتناسب مع ما استفاد منه.
Right to cancel within 14 days
Members may cancel within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund, provided they have not used membership services. If a member asks to start using services before this period ends, an amount proportionate to the services used will be deducted.
بعد 14 يوما
لا تسترد رسوم العضوية، وتبقى العضوية سارية حتى نهاية سنتها.
After 14 days
Membership fees are non-refundable and the membership remains active until the end of its year.
التجديد التلقائي
تتجدد العضوية سنويا ما لم يلغ العضو التجديد من حسابه قبل موعده. نرسل تذكيرا قبل التجديد بـ 14 يوما، ويحق طلب استرداد رسم التجديد خلال 14 يوما من خصمه.
Automatic renewal
Membership renews annually unless the member cancels the renewal from their account before its due date. We send a reminder 14 days before renewal, and members may request a refund of the renewal fee within 14 days of it being charged.
إلغاء العضوية من قبل الأكاديمية
إذا ألغيت العضوية لمخالفة الشروط، لا يسترد المبلغ. وإذا توقفت الأكاديمية عن تقديم الخدمة، يرد الجزء المتبقي من الرسم.
Cancellation by the Academy
If a membership is cancelled for breach of the terms, no refund is given. If the Academy stops providing the service, the unused portion of the fee is refunded.
طريقة الطلب
راسلنا على info@iraqacad.net مع الاسم ورقم العضوية. يعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها خلال 14 يوما من الموافقة.
How to request
Email us at info@iraqacad.net with your name and membership number. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
